It is the queen bee’s food with high nutritional content that provides longevity of up to 5 years for the queen bee, while the other bees live a maximum of 48 days. The collection is made up to 72 hours after the bee deposits the substance, so after being harvested, it is kept in refrigeration, ensuring the nutritional properties. Creamy in appearance, ranging in color from white to ivory, with an acidic and spicy taste.
